OFAC Global Magnitsky Sanctions is a sanctions program maintained by Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). It imposes asset freeze and financial restrictions.

Overview
The Global Magnitsky Sanctions program authorizes the blocking of property of foreign persons involved in serious human rights abuse or corruption worldwide. It implements the Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act and Executive Order 13818, enabling the United States to target individuals and entities responsible for gross violations of internationally recognized human rights or significant corruption regardless of geographic location.
