Overview

Sanctions program addressing threats to stabilization efforts in Iraq, including blocking property of persons who threaten peace, stability, or reconstruction in Iraq. The program evolved from comprehensive sanctions against the former Iraqi regime to targeted sanctions against persons undermining Iraq's stability.
